This gives us a great understanding of the parts of your organisation’s marketing that need some improvement, the parts that are doing well, and any other areas of opportunity that you could exploit.


Competitor Analysis
Whilst you shouldn’t always compare yourself to the other people in the locker room, it is sometimes helpful to look at your direct and indirect competitors.
We will conduct a competitor analysis to benchmark your business against your competitors, in several different areas. We’ll also look for any opportunities that your competitors may have identified.
